Hi since the storm we’ve had no channels bbc1,2 channel4/5 just a blank screen? No sound either

Have you tried a retune? Pull the aerial out first then retune. You will get 0 channels but this will clear the box's memory. Reconnect the arial and tune again.

 

What happens if you put the aerial directly into your TV by passing the box? Do the channels play?

 

If not then it's possible your aerial has been damaged in the storm and mat needs realigning or changing. You will need to contact a local aerial installer if so 

 

If the channels appear on the TV and a retune does not recover them, please let us know which box you have for further support.
