How can I get a new TV remote?

Tried the support 'bot' chat, and didn't get anywhere even close to a useful answer.

 

Any idea how I can get a replacement remote for my 4k box?

Some of the buttons are no longer 'clicky' and even get a bit stuck.

 

Tried the usual cleanup you would do with a remote, but it's deffo on its way out.

TalkTalk no longer provide or sell remote controls.

 

The 4k box is no longer provided either so it can't be swapped out.

 

The only box now provided is the TV Hub and you would need to recontract to get one. To do this you would need to phone.

 

You could do a web search for a Netgem 4k box remote control. A certain auction site is awash with them.
