I lost the My5 app on my tv yesterday???
I also cannot access the UKTV play app - that suggests an internet problem????

This is an issue with the app itself so is outside of our control.
You can check the My5 website for any updates.

Still the same, all other apps work but soon as I access my5....black screen

The issues is with the My 5 App itself, and they are looking at issues across some devices.

I have the same issue. 5 I can access live but as soon as I try to access the app, screen goes black
