I have lost all uk channels, help. 
I have rescanned, rebooted etc

Which box do you have?


Do you get the channels if you plug the aerial directly into your TV?


If no, then you have an issue with the aerial and will need to consult a local installer to check your system 


If the TV is ok, try a factory reset from the menu. If your box is a YouView one that records, search for YouView maintenance mode to try and preserve your recordings
