My tv can’t detect broadband

Hi

I am unable to connect to my broadband to access streaming services. I have turned everything off and back on and no joy. Any ideas?

If it's your TV, try finding a forum dedicated to your make to see if others can oto use a solution.

Your TV or your TalkTalk box?

 

If the box, do you have the 4k or TV Hub?

 

If 4k one try a reset by pressing the button on the left hand side 5 times until it restarts.

 

If the Hub, try a factory reset from the settings menu.

 

If other devices connect ok, I doubt it's the router, but if the above reset does not work, try turning the router off for 30 minutes and then try again.
