I have never used this box & it's still in its original packaging.  Can this be returned to TalkTalk free of charge or is it now obsolete? The pre-paid returns envelope in the box has an address c/o Anovo UK Ltd, 71 Bilton Way,Enfield, EN3 7EP.  Please advise what I can do with this box. Thanks..!!

Hi mccon

You can recycle this box yourself.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi,

These boxes are now obsolete and if you have never used it may be beyond being capable of updating.

The returns label you have has been superceded a couple of times now.

It might be worth plugging in and trying to set up and see if it updates as the boxes are sought after as they record.

I doubt TalkTalk will actually want it back but can send you a returns bag if you wish.

If they agree you can also recycle yourself as I believe when these boxes were issued (first generation boxes) they were advertised as being yours after the initial contract ended, unless the box was replaced, but staff can confirm.

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
