Netfix App on my Panasonic TV has disappered?

When I reset the TV and the app still did not reappear. it said to contact internet provider.?

Hi

 

Netflix have withdrawn their app from some older set top boxes and TVs.  This is solely a Netflix decision and nothing to do with TalkTalk.  This is solely a Netflix decision.
