Do we still need to have our tvbox plugged in as having problem getting full tv service, ie bbciplayer etc

Which type of TV box do you have? Are you not able to connect via WiFi to the eero?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
