New TV Box Needed due to ITV Hub being discontinued

I am enquiring about the need for a new TV box as ITV Hub is going off air. Can one be provided so that ITVX can be used and, if so, is there any cost to this? What's the process to get such a replacement box? Please keep in mind I am 75 years old and am no good with apps, voice activation and other such gizmos!
