A programmed recording has run but returns a black screen (ie no picture or sound).

 

If you try to record a terrestrial TV programme whilst watching an App programme (eg in my case Neighbours on Prime) Youview registers a recording that when you try to play has no picture or sound.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi

 

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset  and see if this resolves.  If not, then you may need to try a full factory reset however this will clear the hard drive and set this back up.
