I clicked a link in an email from TalkTalk to order a new TV Box & nothing has arrived. I am having trouble getting all the channels & hoped this would help.

Hi there @Dolly9, I can see you were sent communication on the 26th of September 2025 reminding you, your TV Box is no longer in support for software or security updates. You were given an option to purchase new kit or keep using existing if happy, however I cannot pick up your order on my end.

Are you aware the new box does not record and there is a £5 per month charge for renting the box?
Have you tried any remedy to try and get your box working again?
You say there are channels missing. Have you tried plugging the aerial directly into the TV, bypassing the box, and retiring the TV? Are the channels missing on the TV?
If this would appear to be an aerial issue and you'd need to consult a local aerial installer to check your system.
If you do get all channels and you'd like help with the existing box, please post back and we can offer further advice.
