Having received the email inviting me to order a new TV Box I accessed my account as advised but am unable to find a link anywhere to enable me to order. Can anyone help please?

@wightlife I have looked into the account, and I can see that you are paying the TV subscription of £5 therefore I will order new updated box at no additional charge since you pay the subscription. The box will be delivered to the address you sent on the private message in the next 3-5 working days. Thanks.

@Lilmon, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.
It really can confuse the issue if you need similar help but are posting on someone else's thread which is why staff always ask customers to begin their own.

@wightlife,@siphosethu-TT addressed you in their reply in error: they should have told @Lilmon to do so. It's nothing for you to worry about.
Staff will need to see the wording of the email. Make sure that no personal / account details are visible if you attach it to a post in the public thread.
Otherwise attach the screenshot of the email in a Private Message so staff can check the deal etc. You reach the private message area by clicking on a staff name and you'll see the option to send a message in their profile area.
As you have not yet completed your own community forum profile details, staff wouldn't be able to identify your account from your post. Please click on your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
