My package has been TV broadband and phone for years even after I had fibre installed a year ago. Why have I now lost TV. The cost has not reduced.

Can you describe your issue in a little more detail. What do you mean when you say you have lost TalkTalk TV ? What model TV box do you have ? Any error messages etc? What symptoms of the problem etc.
