I've exchanged on a house today and have a completion date of Friday 25th April. I currently have Fibre 65 package at my existing address, the address I'm moving to has fibre 65 as an option so it should be a straight forward switch. However when I try and do the home move process online it tells me that the home move process can't be completed online and suggests phoning **. When you try and phone this it states that this number is not in service, help please.

Call 03451720088 and ask to be transferred to the homemove team.
