I have several recordings on my TV plus box. None of them will play back I have done a factory reset, retaining recordings but that has not resolved the issue.
Just to add to what Keith said, do you have a specific question? Whilst only speculating, I fear the answers are likely to be "no."

TalkTalk do not do any recorders these days, only streaming boxes. You would probably need to buy your own recorder.
