I have Freeview play on my tv but haven't been able to get the Sky Arts channel. I've retuned several times to no avail. Any ideas gratefully received.

Hi

As fr8ys mentions, this is a freeview issue with channels that are broadcast over the air. Follow the advice above and see if this helps.

Thanks

Karl

Hi,

This is not a TalkTalk issue if its your TV that's affected, but having said that, you can check if you should be able to receive it by searching your postcode here

https://www.freeview.co.uk/corporate/platform-management/channel-listings-industry-professionals

If you should, it may be a weather related issue, in which case it will come back, or if it doesn't, you'd be best consulting a local aerial installer to check your aerial.

Check what other stations broadcast on the same mux and check to see if you can get these.

Even though the checker may say channels are available, you may be in a black spot and your local installer may give you advice over the phone on this.

Hope this helps.
