Having issues with my box saying ‘system startup error 100’
I have tried to troubleshoot the issue by following the prompts on screen, however it is still the same. I have also done a factory reset which hasn’t fixed the issue either. Internet connection is fine.
the box is also chirruping occasionally.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
tried the chat function but there are no agents available after 7pm

Hi Sarah,
It does sound as though the box has failed. TalkTalk stopped providing these youview boxes 3 years ago and the box cannot be repaired or replaced.
You may be eligible for one of the new 4K Streaming boxes, but will be required to renew the contract if out of contract, and have TalkTalk entertainment added to your package.
