TV Box stopped working

I have a small TV box, model: UZW4054TTG that has suddenly stopped working. I have tried unplugging, resetting, changing the batteries in the remote, but nothing seems to help, there is no light on the box. 

Is it completely knackered?

Sorry the model number doesn't help? Is it a Netgem box or a sagmcom (TV Hub) one?

 

Try unplugging for 30 minutes then retry.

 

If it's a Netgem box, press the button on the left hand side 5 times. Hopefully this will reset it.
