Hi
Should I be able to access the channels delivered over internet with my current package?
At present I can only access those channels which require me to press red once I've selected them: Pop Player (212), OnDemand365 (254) and Talk (280), for example. Others (mainly those from 250 through to 284) simply present a black screen.
I have no difficulty accessing content delivered over internet via apps (YouTube, for example) or catch-up content via the EPG.
My broadband speed is, I think, good: c76Mbps download and 19Mbps upload.

If I've understood this correctly, my TalkTalk TV box is an HbbTV only device, whereas the majority of the channels from 250 through to 284 are delivered to the MHEG standard. Thus, my TalkTalk TV box is unable to show them. Is that right?
