The ITVX app is usually preinstalled however this may not show if you do not have an aerial connected to the box. Some on demand players such as ITVX also need the aerial connected to get your region from the freeview signal.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
You can, but you may need to download it from the Google Play store.
