TV had been on for a long time and suddenly switched off. I now cant get it off standby. Help please

We can only assist with issues with the TalkTalk box, and cannot help with any issues with the TV itself.

Sorry, but I don't see what TalkTalk can do about your TV. Check the batteries in the remote. Failing that get it repaired or replace it.
