I've got an old TalkTalk Tv box and now can't get ITVX.  I've got a smart tv so I want to cancel my TV addon and just use the TV without the box to get the available apps.  I've chatted with TT ( 5 solid hours) and my present broadband speed will not run the new box which will give me ITVX.  How do I do this?

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes.  This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control. 

It may also not be available on some older TV Models.
