I have cancelled my contract due to be cancelled on 23/08/2024 and when no return bag arrived last week i phoned customer services to request one. They said the bag should arrive this past week but no luck. How do i request a returns bag?

Well Friday and still no bag, i am wondering when it was sent. I have been told several times it has been escalated but still nothing happens.

i am still waiting for a return bag and a final bill after being disconnected on 23/08/24I would be grateful for any news on this, i have phoned twice but seems pointless as nothing happens (see previous posts).

You will also receive a further bill on your usual billing date showing any final adjustments up to the date of leaving, once that is clear then you will receive a final bill with a zero balance.

Yes i have now added the landline number and acvount number in the hope that a bag will be sent and i will get my final bill

I have put my account number in biography as not v user friendly. To be honest this process is frustrating, i asked for a retirns bag by phone weeks ago. My account was supposed to ge cancelled on 23rd August, should i have had the final bill on 1st September? As no communication from talktalk.
