I have cancelled my contract due to be cancelled on 23/08/2024 and when no return bag arrived last week i phoned customer services to request one. They said the bag should arrive this past week but no luck. How do i request a returns bag?

Hi rsym123

 

The account is fully cancelled, it looks like there was a delayed escalation form for a returns bag that has been processed.

 

Direct debit can be cancelled at your side.

@rsym123, if you received your final bill for £0.00 & all equipment has been returned  & any refund for overpayment claimed back ....then YOU can safely remove your DD details. 

 

Talktalk doesn't do it for you.

Good afternoon. Having returned my router on 21/10/24 I have received another returns bag almost 2 months later. I assumed my account is cancelled so why has this been sent out? Also am I able to cancel my direct debit (i was assured that this would be done by Talk

Well another week has gone by, still no returns bag and my account is saying my contract ends in 2025 when i have cancelled in July.

I am checking back in with you following the promise of a return bag. I still havent received a bag to return my router (have been requesting one since August both by phone and on here. As far as i know i have received my final bill on September 11th and am anxious to close this account. This has caused me alot of unnecessary stress.

After more phone calls to customer service i still havent received a reurn bag for my router. I have been told several times that one has been ordered but obviously nothing had been by myself. I cancelled on 23 july.

i am still waiting for a return bag and a final bill after being disconnected on 23/08/24I would be grateful for any news on this, i have phoned twice but seems pointless as nothing happens (see previous posts).

You will also receive a further bill on your usual billing date showing any final adjustments up to the date of leaving, once that is clear then you will receive a final bill with a zero balance.
