I have had TV add on for many years, the box stopped working about five years ago and i still pay £5 a month for a service i do not use. But i cannot find any way to cancel it. Please Help!

To cancel or remove any service, give our customer Loyalty teams a call directly and they can help with this.

We also have an android TV hub available if you wish to discuss options for this.
