The message coming up is There is a problem with your TV signal which is affecting Challenge. Please check your aerial is connected. I have a Huawei youview box. When I bought the TV TalkTalk was the provider. My TV is an old one as I do not use the internet. You gave me the youview box when we changed to a different analogue. If that makes sense. I can watch recorded films etc but I can't watch freeview channels.

Does your TV have a Freeview tuner? If so can you receive Challenge without any interference?

Has the signal on this channel changed recently?

The weather has been playing havoc with TV signals recently so this may be the cause.

Alternatively your aerial may have become faulty if the signal to your TV is poor too. If this is the case you will need to contact a local installer to check your system.

Before doing so though, try retuning the box with the aerial out which will show no channels. This will clear the box memory.

Replace the aerial and retune again.

Does this help?
