Talktalk hub , keep losing the apps, only had the box for less than a week

Keeping losing the apps , tried plugs in and out , router of and still no apps, only had the Hub for less than a week.

If you press and hold the home button this should take you to a screen that has all installed apps on it. They don't all appear on the carousel screen 

 

You can also view them by going to settings, then apps.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
