Is there a way to transfer recordings from old talk talk box onto a usb stick to save without losing? I have a new talk talk hub box and don’t want to swap over as I have programmes recorded that I would like to watch saved on old box.

Hi

It is not possible to transfer recordings from a box as these are protected by Digital Rights Management etc.

Thanks

Karl.

No it is not possible.

You can use the 2 boxes on the same TV if you have a spare HDMI port. If not you can buy an HDMI splitter quite cheaply and you will need a separate aerial feed to both. Again this can be done with an aerial splitter and leads. The latter can be purchased from local supermarkets or electrical stalls on markets. The HDMI splitter from internet shopping sites.
