does anybody know how to get the channel 4 app onto talktalk TV Hub?

Somebody else posted about this recently and the suggestion from TalkTalk was to try a reset, see here:

Unfortunately there has been no response there since. Perhaps you could try as suggested and let us know how you get on?

I understood the all4 app was preinstalled. I itialoy when the Hub was released it was not available.
Is it not showing, or are you having issues signing into it?
Have you checked for more apps and searched for it?
Have you tried a factory reset?
If you are having issues signing in, you need to have an account with channel 4 first. You do this on their website.
Please let us know the precise issue you have and what you have tried to rectify.
