I got the new 4k box, and it is useless for catchup on STV. Crashes after every commercial break. How can I get rid of it and cancel the monthly fee?

Thanks for your reply. I managed to reset the box, which was handy as I'd forgotten my pin.

Thanks, Karl, I reset the box and it seems fine. I think I was going through Freeplay and the problem is them. I'll use the STV app instead.

Hi Julie
I've been testing STV Player here on my TV HUB and all is working as it should, and content is playing after the ad's have been shown.
This could be the app itself.
Have you tried a reset of the box to see if this clears the app and data, then the box will reinstall the app when it is set up.
You can do this vis Settings (Cog) > Device Preferences > Factory Reset.
