Intermittent fault with set top box had aerial company check everything and the said it’s our box that is faulty… only have channels 1,2,9,23 then goes to ceebeebies and above! If we press say channel 3 it comes up invalid channel so basically we can’t watch anything

Which box do you have di we can offer advice?
In the meantime can you not bypass the box and use the TV for channels and the box for catch-up?
If you don't have a separate aerial to the TV then plug the aerial into the TV.
