My TV hub box is showing the wrong programme information. The guide is correct but when you press the i button some of the channels have the wrong information about the programme. Does anyone have this problem?

Can you give some ideas of the wrong info please or a photo with day and times showing so I can check on my box please?
It shouldn't make any difference as the information gone over the air from Freeview but could you try rebooting your router too.

I have rebooted loads of times. Done a ton of station retunes and done a factory reset which is annoying cos as you say I had to sign in to each again. I also got a new box and after 5 days it’s all goes wrong again

Hi,
Someone else has reported the wrong programme information text on a couple of programmes.
Have you tried the following?
Rebooting the box by turning off at the mains then on again.
Performing a station retune?
If this fails then try a factory reset of the box. Details can be found here.
Scroll down the page and use the drop down as the short cut by clicking on the box is not working.
You will need to sign into your apps again but hopefully this will clear the issue.
