We are trying to watch a BBC series on iplayer, and keep getting buffering, followed by the error code 02210 and the suggestion to try changing the video settings. Changing the settings doesn't help. It only happens on one series (the 6th Commandment, current) - other programmes on iplayer are fine. Please help

Are you still seeing an error on Iplayer ?
Can you confirm if this is error 02110 ?

Is this an error your box or the iPlayer is displaying as I can't find a reference to it?
What box do you have?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
