Hey there, @Gliwmaeden2. Thank you. We will need to know what type TV hub box you have to so we can replace the damaged one.

I believe it's a TV box, @kanya-TT, not a router.

 

@Grissles which model is it?

 

It may need to be returned, and getting a replacement usually involves contacting the Retentions team as the latest hubs are charged as a £5 rent. Adjustments on your contract might apply.
