Hi

 

ITV X is no longer available on some older TV's or legacy set top boxes. This includes the earlier YouView Boxes.  This was a decision by ITV, not to develop the app for these devices, and beyond our control. 

 

If you give our Teams a call, they can discuss options for the new TV Hub that will support the new ITV X App.
