My set top box has stopped working, I cannot record or change channels. I have done four factory resets. This problem coincided with your new offer of a different box at an additional cost and with no recording faccilities. I am paying for a TV service which I cannot use.

Hi

 

TalkTalk stopped providing the older youview boxes 3 years ago, and these boxes cannot be repaired or replaced.  If the box has failed and you have tried a full factory reset, then the box has reached the end of it's life.

 

You may be eligible for one of the new 4K TV boxes.  If out of contract you will need to renew the contract.  TalkTalk entertainment would be added to your package also.

 

If this is something you are interested in, or you wish to remove the TV option from your package, give our customer teams a call and they can discuss your options with you.
