Hello according to your website my TV set-up-box TalkTalk-DN372T is unsupported and that also i can request a new TV set-up-box so can i request to upgrade to a new TV set-up-box the exact word on your website are 

"Which devices are no longer supported? Please note that these devices are now unsupported. If your device is on this list, you can contact us to upgrade to a newer device if you wish."

Whilst unsupported it will continue to work, it's just that the boxes are approaching end of life and the manufacturer no longer provides updates.

 

TalkTalk no longer provide recordable boxes, just one tuner streaming boxes.

 

If you look here the advice given may help you or you can buy an updated recordable box such as the Manhattan T4R or BT / EE Pro box from CeX website, which is YouView based.
