I need to make a name change to the account as my husband is now deceased and also I want to go on a lower tartiff

To change the named owner, @Phone1947, you need to speak to the bereavement team, who can help you with everything. 

 

Check that any change of tariff doesn't come with an admin charge, or any unwanted extras. Sometimes TV, Supersafe or Voicemail are on there.

 

Pick over the details with the bereavement team. There's a special number to phone, on this link:

Condolences on your loss.

 

As you wish a different tariff I suggest you speak to the loyalty team as they hold the best deals and staff here cannot negotiate prices 

 

Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and ask for the loyalty team.
