To change the named owner, @Phone1947, you need to speak to the bereavement team, who can help you with everything.
Check that any change of tariff doesn't come with an admin charge, or any unwanted extras. Sometimes TV, Supersafe or Voicemail are on there.

As you wish a different tariff I suggest you speak to the loyalty team as they hold the best deals and staff here cannot negotiate prices
