Just wondering why I've been billed just 12p this month. 

 

I shouldn't complain, I know, but I've had a myriad of issues with TalkTalk these past few months, so I'm very much looking this gift horse in the mouth - I see bigger issues ahead down the line if this isn't sorted now.

Yep - I'm not sure what's happened. I also don't seem to have the option to renew my account even though a price breakdown for this is listed.
