£5 Off Your Bill for 3 Months ends on

Hi, when I signed up for my 18 month contract, I was told I had to get the £5 discount re-applied every 3 months.

Please can this get re-applied.

It might be better to get back on to the retentions team directly.

It was agreed with retentions team.

I called to say I was leaving unless they matched the offer from Now broadband.

They said they can match the price, but I had to get the £5 discount applied every 3 months.

I signed a new 18 month contract.

So I've basically been mis-sold?

Was this arranged via a complaint, as the £5 per month discount is no longer available.

We can only re-apply the discount when it expires, post back on the 11th and we can add it again.
