Account login problem

For last three days I can't login to my account. Message keeps coming up: 

 

 

'Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later.'

 

Please help.

@ico99, if you are still having problems, you must start your own thread. 

 

This is to keep the replies clear for different customers, so staff will only respond to the original poster when it involves My Account etc.

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic.

I'm having the same problem - my email address is @ dial.pipex.com

Today the issue is on my laptop and even the Magic Link route (which worked two days ago as a solution) is not working and bringing up the same message re Technical Issue.

I'm actually trying to enter new debit card info - payment will fail on Tuesday otherwise...

Can you check the details in your community profile the number pulls up an account cancelled in 2016. 

 

If you can add your account number I can check this for you.
