Cant upgrade broadband package

Hi,

 

My broadband contract has ended so I signed into my account to upgrade. There were upgrade options available initially, but each time I re-visited the page, an item was removed from the list and now there is no way for me to upgrade my package.

 

I've tried re-signing in and using a different browser with no luck.

Must be a bug on the offers-and-upgrades page - please can you fix this.

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what deals are available

Just phone or use Chat,  @Alex7.

 

That way you avoid getting TV automatically added with a charge etc.
