Hi,
My broadband contract has ended so I signed into my account to upgrade. There were upgrade options available initially, but each time I re-visited the page, an item was removed from the list and now there is no way for me to upgrade my package.
I've tried re-signing in and using a different browser with no luck.
Must be a bug on the offers-and-upgrades page - please can you fix this.

Just phone or use Chat, @Alex7.
That way you avoid getting TV automatically added with a charge etc.
