Has anyone had any issues regarding their Amazon voucher. I have had to jump through hoops to get mine. It has been going on for weeks and has now gone quiet again. Still not received it. Is there anywhere I can report this issue? Trading standards maybe? I feel I have been Mis-sold a product as the voucher was part of my renewal deal, however gift cloud have no information on me from talk talk so cannot give me a voucher. Talk talk have told me on numerous occasions that they have and I should contact gift cloud myself. When doing so I get told the same thing. They have no account for me from talk talk. Banging my head against a brick wall.
