Faith promised me a refund on 23/10 to close the saga following a talk talk outrage which resulted in me being without my mail or broadband for at least 8 days which she confirmed was true. I asked if someone could respond via email but have heard nothing. Please advise asap if possible via email. Thank you

Morning.

Thanks for your post. Does it show in your My Account on the My Bills page?

Thanks

Michelle

If you had total loss of broadband, you would not normally get a refund, @JAustin, but automatic compensation. This is actually more generous, if you look at the daily rate, after an initial period is allowed to give engineers a chance to sort it.

It takes 30 days to show up, after resolution of the issue. I'll move this to the billing section for staff to take a look.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
