i keep getting bill ref TTTXXXXX by post acct no XXXXXXXbut i pay by direct debit on 19th of each month XXXXXXX DR  COULD YOU PLEASE CLARIFY

I've removed the billing details in case they get misused by a scanner, @giles5.
