I’ve just been billed for my old email, this is after going through all this last year . Which after a lot of frustration (AI help bots) I managed to find a phone number and speak to a helpful person and close my email account. Or so I thought.
I read in your T&Cs that if I don’t pay there will be a fee added and then service will be withdrawn, is this the only way to leave?
