Not possible to know what your problem is if you just say "hi!".

 

If you need help from staff on here, please complete your community forum profile details and add your Talktalk landline number  / account number in Personal Information. 

 

You need to go via your avatar/name; settings....SAVE CHANGES. 

 

This is for staff to identify your account. 

 

They reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
