Your log in details should give you access for up to a year, so that you can view old bills etc.

It should be accessible. Try clearing cache, enabling pop ups, disable ad blockers, or try another browser.

After all that, it may be a fault with My Account, so I'll re-escalate this for staff attention. It will be after the weekend now before you get a reply.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

The end of contract date is just the end of the minimum term, @Leon53664

Have you told them you are leaving?

The bill is made up for the month ahead, and, unless you're switching to another provider, requires 30 days' notice.

If a switch means you have paid in advance for days you can't use, the next bill will show a refund for you to claim back via My Account.

Leave your Direct Debit in place meanwhile.
