Can't log into my account

Hi all (Again) after Arne replied to my previous post I have been trying to log into my account. When I go to the login page, I  enter my email address and password and press enter, I get page telling me my account is being prepared then I go back to the first page again.

Anyone have any ideas?

After 24 hours of muttering under my breath, live chat has done it, 

Whilst it would have been nice of Talktalk letting me knew that they were changing my account login (I was aware that new users needed an emailaddressthatwasnot from Talktalk, I was un aware that I needed one), one up for live chat!

Out of boredom I decided to have a go on live chat (two hours)

Seems that I should have been sent an email telling me to change from my talktalk email to my Gmail one! (Didn't happen)

In theory after 24 hours or less I should be able to log in to my account with my Gmail address and my old password.

I will wait to see!

Hi Arne, I have tried google Chrome, Bing and Amazon silk, I get the same with all 3. I tried using the login without password but don't get the pin number emailed to me? This is on two mobile devices and my PC.

I have now managed to get the pin number for log in without password, unfortunately the same thing happened??

Hi LUDDITE

 

You may need to disable any pop up/ ad blockers in the browser.

 

Also try a different browser.
